Diagnosis help for sick chicken

I’ve got a hen who’s around 1.5-2 years old, for about two days she was very stationary and puffed up still eating and drinking. The third day she wouldn’t eat but would drink. After drinking she does kind of like a dry heave sound (i can’t attach a video but it is similar to when you’re trying to induce vomiting also similar to burping). She also has light and dark green poo stuck to her butt however can still poop. I’ve isolated her and given her water with probiotics and electrolytes in it, she is drinking it however doesn’t seem to be moving or improving.

I suspect it to possibly be sour crop or impacted crop. Let me know yalls thoughts

When was her last egg?
If she should be laying and hasn't expelled an egg, then it may be a good idea to give her 300mg Calcium Citrate+D3 now, then once daily for a week.

Check her crop to make sure its emptying, if it's not, then treat according to the article below.
