Diagnosis needed for my poor chook

Hi. Does anybody have any idea what might be wrong with my chook? As you can see from the photos, her head/face is all blown up on one side, which makes her eye (on that side) water, and "sleep" often forms where the eye is watering. She also appears to have some kind of growth on her neck, and has difficulty swallowing, and often chokes, and spits out fluid. It's so distressing, but unlike my other experiences with sick chooks, she hasn't "given up the ghost" - she's still running around and full of life and eating like crazy. She has, however, lost weight and has periods where she just seems to stay still and gather her breath.

I just was looking at a site to figure out what is wrong with one of my chicks. It described your chicken's issue. Check out common chicken illnesses for dummies.com. It list everything and is very helpful.

I've never seen anything like that. It almost reminds me of a tumor growth that I have seen on other animals. I hope someone with can help diagnosis this for you.

I had one where his throat was swollen up like he swallowed an egg ans it got stuck just under his wattles. I didn't see it cause he was always eating. He had lost alot of weight and I tried to get it out of his neck but put him down when I seen that it was grown into the neck tissues. Vet said the chuck that I took in was a tumor, he was 9 yrs old. Your hens neck reminds me of his neck, he just didn't have the face swelling like yours
