Diagnosis please

Ok. My girl is still thin and still here. I can't tell if she is eating feed but I know she is eating g dried crikets and worms treats. I have given her Nuria drench. She remains separated. No lice. No mites, attached is pic of vent and poop. What else could be going on? I am waiting for a dewormer to arrive by mail. She is skin and bones.
