Diarrhea and pasty butt maybe

I have 5 baby chicks ranging from 4 days old to a week old. 3 of the chicks have a light brown diarrhea that's sticking to their butt. The youngest chick doesn't have it yet. I give save a chick and electrolytes in the water. I'm very new to chicks. What should I do. The advice online varies drastically.
