Diarrhea in one of my chickens.

She was and is still eating and drinking. Early yesterday morning they had a lot of new foods (bugs under blocks and leaves from a zucchini plant).

She's 23 weeks old. I feed them an organic crumble that I ferment. I do still have them on chick grit but have adult grit, should I switch?
As far as eggs I have no idea who's laying what. My Buffs are pretty dramatic so I know when they lay.
She seems to be doing much better after the quite large poop.

Glad she's doing better after such a large poop.

Yes, I would provide the adult grit. Sounds like she may have been getting constipated, but it's now all moving o.k.
