Diarrhea, tail down, not eating or drinking

Please help if you can! I have a 3 year old chicken with diarrhea/poopy backside, tail down, not eating or drinking, and sitting in coop like she is sleeping. It's been about 3 days with her like this. After inspecting her vent, she does not appear to be eggbound. She has her eyes closed most of the time and she is breathing heavy. Was able to syringe water into her mouth this morning and was able to get her to eat a few bites of oatmeal with yogurt and apple cider vinegar. Unfortunately I cannot afford vet. Any help would be much appreciated! Thank you.

does she have a bloated abdomen? could be egg yolk peritonitis

Our girl just passed last night while we were sleeping. :-( She did have a bloated abdomen or what felt like a huge fluid filled belly.. It's been a terrible week watching her suffer. I'm glad she's a peace now. I suggested we try to perform an autopsy today but I don't think either of us could bring ourselves to do that, not to mention we have no idea how to do it or what we should be looking for. From what I gather from the outside, it looks like she had ascites or EYP. Barely eating, not drinking except via syringe, lost all walking ability, eyes closed and breathing heavy. I wish we could be left with some sort of advice on how to prevent this from happening to our other chicks, but everything I've read so far seems to imply that there is no prevention or cure for either condition.

OK so now our other Rhode Island red is exhibiting the same symptons as the one that just died yesterday had a week ago :-( I can't take any more death! What is going on????

So the RIR is now displaying the same symptoms... could it be something like coccidiosis, or sour crop. You mentioned fluid filled belly, is it the round crop at the front of the chicken? If so it may be sour crop. If it feels soft and is still filled with food early in the morning before they eat, that is the main way to tell. (Their crop should be empty in the morning, they empty their crop and digest their food over night).
Another symptoms of sour crop is drooling.

Coccidiosis makes chickens fell very unwell. The symptoms are standing hunched over, feathers fluffed out, sleepy, listness, not eating or drinking, runny droppings. Just generally just seem to be feeling unwell.

There are so many chicken illnesses and diseases, it can be hard to tell, but I have listed a few possibilities.
