My hen look sick. I found that she is suffering from diarrhea . previous she fine and eating every thing but now she is not eating and even not able to stand and her poo is liquid green colour and she is 1 year old

Also check her for weight loss in her chest area, or an enlarged lower abdomen, which might be a sign of reproductive issues, such as egg yolk peritonitis. Is her comb red or dark? Does she have other symptoms?

Has she been laying eggs recently, and were they normal with hard shells? Can she move her legs at all? She may be dying if she cannot stand or eat and drink. Can you try to get her to drink some water with a small amount of sugar in it. Electrolytes in water would be better. If she will drink, you can try mixing some watery chicken feed to offer her. Cooked egg is good as well.

Liquid green color diarrhea; she might have a liver disease.

I don't know that there's much you can do for her.
Did you ever check her crop?

Hard to diagnose what's wrong without more details, and even then it might very well be liver disease or internal laying like others mentioned. No treatment for those.

Do what you can to keep her comfortable.
