I have one hen, five years old, which has a poopy butt. I have cleaned her up once, but she still has loose poops. Not really runny, but partially formed and rather squishy. I had a fecal test run a few days ago, and no parasites were found. Droppings from all my other hens (I have 4) are completely normal. She is eating, drinking, laying normally and does not act sick. I was hoping she would clear up on her own, but so far she hasn’t and it has been several weeks now. I was thinking of doing a preventative dose of Corid on the whole flock but am not sure it is really necessary. It has been a hot, rainy spring. Suggestions for treatment would be appreciated. Thanks!

Who ran the fecal test?
If a vet did they would have picked up coccidiosis if it was an issue.

What do you feed your flock? Any treats? If so stop them all for a few weeks and see if that helps.
