Diarrhea

I have a chick that's two days old that had splay leg and funky toes that is doing great with treatment but has diarrhea, I started giving it a little poly vi sol yesterday but I'm pretty sure it had the diarrhea before that. Should I get the probiotic packets for chicks and put in their water? Should I stop the poly vi sol? Thanks for any help. I am not feeding the medicated starter, just the regular chick starter.

Apple cider vinegar should fix it. Just get the kind with the "mother" on it because it works best. Just mix a bit with their water and it should help. Also try giving them some plain yogurt with active cultures. You can try the probiotic because it helps them maintain a healthy digestive track.. But i don't think it really helps the poos much. Thank you, it looks like its getting better it may have been from the stress from the braces and boots.
