This looks like a yolk sac and it looks like it has already broken. I'd recommend tying it off. What do you think Sally?

Sally uses dental floss, but I usually use thread or yarn. Coat whatever you decide to use in either antibiotic ointment or iodine to make sure it's sterile. Once you have cut of the remaining yolk, put iodine directly onto the chick's navel.

My thoughts on the string, if you have dental floss use it, its made for in our mouths so it has some degree of sterilization, however thread is fine, soak it in iodine or betadine
electrolites... got them for her? she may need them since she didn't get all her yolk!

Homemade Electrolyte Recipe for weak/ill chicks
2 C. Water
2 TBL. Brown Sugar, honey or molasses
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
Mix until all dry ingredients dissolve & Keep refrigerated
You could also use electrolyte drinks Gatorade or Pedialyte, or
3 drops of POLYVISOL (liquid childrens A-B-D vitamins)
Slowly drip along inner edge of lower beak.
