My main brooder has a mix of 2 week olds, 4 week olds, and 5 week olds. I'm not sure how the 5 week olds would react to him and I need to correct his spraddle legs first. I think I'll just leave him in the spare incubator for a few more days because a friend of mine offered to take him in with her chicks.

I rescued 3 chickens from a "friend" of ours and we lost the first one. Gosh, I was devastated. We called her Hope. The second one did well until DS let her out and a mongoose got her and the 3rd one grew up, became a Mom and everything. You win some you lose some... I hope your little guy will be a winner!

I finally had enough and requested a refund on the doz Muscovy eggs ordered and PAID for from a farm in TX on Oct 6th of LAST year! Last communication was may 4th and now I get another PM saying she sent them! must have gone to wrong address, I requested an refund and now she says please let her send me the eggs first thing in the morning! sucker Sal says ok send me the darn eggs, uggggg I don't want the darn things now! I want the bators CLEAN and free!! Why did I let her swindle me yet again! seriously not like me, but I just don't feel much up to arguing lately. whatever just be done with it. I will sell every one of them or give them away.

both of us need smacked!

I need a ducky name!! I'm thinking maybe Wobbles. Since he's so clumsy right now. He's all alone!!! He will just have to be a loner. He's gonna be so spoiled. LOL. Since I don't have any other chicks in the house (he's the only baby right now), all the attention goes to him. LOL.
