Any idea how long the Mallard's been sitting? Maybe you could put those eggs in an incubator and give her some duck eggs to hatch? Moving a broody is tricky, I warn you, but if you need to give it a try. Maybe moving her in the evening when she's sleepy will help.

cuteness overload .. nd hmm that is good question ...Went to check on Broody Hen on day 24. Couple were still wet. Only one egg didn't hatch. How can two hens sitting in nests side by side be so different in the hatch with eggs from the same rooster and hens?
