Quote: I keep reading only good things! but cant find it any other place so I assume that's the place! I am reading its the new go to drug for worming and I may be able to use it on my other animals too! I had a hard time trying to worm my ***** and her puppies last litter! This stuff sounds like it will work, I need to do more research on it as far as puppies but it sounds like it can go a long way and its still cheaper than my vet bill!

Now you do realize my bator has eggs in it because of you right? two are shut down and the third was empty but of two duck eggs (which have since hatched!)

cocci about the time your chicks were getting hit, so sorry.

It still took a about a week to 10 days to get the bleeding/clotting/sloughing of intestines to stop post Corid. And another 2 weeks at least to get them to really put on the weight and get their feathers regrown. (lost alot of feathers due to stress).

They are just now getting to look like the scraggly tweenagers (12 weeks) they are supposed to look like. What a horrible bloody mess for them to go through, no picnic for me either. About a 4 week time total committment before I could put them back outside. However, I did bleach out and then come back with Oxine to the coop/pen and turned the soil to decrease the cocci/egg load prior to putting them back outside. My first experience with it in 3 years. Just a horrible weather scenario at the beginning of spring with wet/humid/cold/wet/humid/hot etc. etc.

Next time, I'll keep the broody chicks off the ground, (or just continue incubating) for at least 4 weeks as I did with our first set of chicks incubated/hatched with Sally. Then, I will certainly try this new med if by some rotten luck it happens again...Keeping my fingers crossed you never have to go through this again either!
