MixedSome breeds are auto sexing from hatch, others can be feather sexed and still others you almost have to wait until they lay or crow. Lol! What breeds are they.
Man you are busy. do you have to count those or is there a way to just click and find out the number of post?
My broody hens are driving me crazy, I split up 14 eggs among 3. The Wheaten AM is all puffy and dancing and hissing and growling, but never sitting tight on her eggs, The lavender BR sits tight and fights everyone, The blue BR keeps switching places with the Wheaten AM, talk about air cell detachment. They are probably scrambling the eggs.![]()
they are as rare as rocking horse poop
there are a couple of breeders who have developed them.
i need some for myself - with my luck the auction will have 29 bidders when i want them for myself
that was a shopping list lolyea i was wondering if he just sat there and counted all of the post.
That sounds like fun to watch.
Oze which chicken or bird dont you have? it was you with the list before, right?
It was a light colored watery green. Her/his belly did look a little distended but she/he is super vigorous and appears pretty normal. It's a tad more wobbly on it's feet but I figured it was due to it's difficult hatch. If it is bacterial is there anything I can do? Is it catchy?was it clear light green? green is normal but sometimes very light watery clear green could mean infection, I just had to put a new hatch down but her stomach was also blown up with fluid. does your chick seem to have a normal belly not filled with squishy fluid? If she seems normal and acting full of energy she should be fine!
