you did the right thing.. the sinus infection could lead to bone infection

having bacteria chewing on your skull....................not so god

I woke up yesterday with double vision and freaked out. I went to my doctor who ordered an MRI (as if I could afford one). So I went to the ER and the ER doc ordered a cranial CT. I looked at the images (My dad's an MRI tech and I used to help him when he was a CT tech and I had to go to work with him so I'm acutally pretty good at reading CT's and MRI's and Ultrasounds) and I didn't see any tumors but what I did see was a raging sinus infection that I didn't even know I had. I just put myself in debt for an ER visit and a CT scan for a sinus infection.

Sinus infections are horrible. Hope you feel better soon!

I hear you, I now have the sinus and pink eye from the virus all the kids are shooting around. Just took my first two pills from a z pack and eye cream. not seeing too well, not that I do any other time though lol

The last egg hatched this morning! 100% hatch!

What's amazing about this is we had no electricity all of Sunday and eventually most of yesterday. It got ice cold more than once. They also got (accidentally) soaked under the broody when we had a thunderstorm about 2 weeks ago and the coop leaked... When the power went out for the 50th time yesterday evening I unplugged the incubator, slipped the egg under a sleeping broody and

. I woke up at 05:00am and thought crap, the egg! Went out and got the egg (ice cold), slipped it in the incubator and 1.5 hours later it hatched

.

And then things got interesting... the coop door jams sometimes and today was one of those times. Me being half asleep and worried about the chick didn't make sure it was shut properly and OF COURSE it wasn't. I realised that when I hear frantic cheeping and found the cat in the kitchen with a chick in her mouth. I gave chase and caught her in the dining room finally. The chick is fine, thank goodness, but when I got up I could barely walk, I banged my knee going down to grab the cat. But the chick is fine and back with the Moms, #13 is doing great after all the drama with the power outs and the cat forgave me for grabbing her by the tail, so all is good and I swear I'm not hatching another egg for the foreseeable future!

Its actually only $18 here which is not so bad. I just worry that MD's prescribe it so much that it will start to be less effecacious. It really works well for my Hansens Disease though. I look forward to it supressing some of the nastier symptoms in addition to the sinus infection.

I am off to PA dept Ag in Harrisburg shortly! Time for some CPT classes! Wish me stay awake! My antibiotics made me sick last night so I wont take another until I get back home. I really shouldnt be going but I havent a clue how many months till there is another class available. But Hubs will let me lean on him. Have a great day everyone, I hope y'all are feeling much better than I. : (

Starting my prescription today. My vision has cleared pretty well so my husband is actually allowing me to drive today too, so that's a plus. I guess he got tired of having to go do everything for me.
