I should have let the wrong ender alone and kept it closed.... the other three are almost through pipping wonder why it is taking duckies so long? they look a little dry but they ok I think.... I am misting the other end of the bator now, hopefully they can all do it on their own. So we are down to 3 duckies

My new incubator^

Her brooder in a different place in my room. ^ (new lamp!!)

How I made the incubator. I cut the viewing hole at the top and put a glass picture frame there ^

Put water reservoirs at the bottom and put marbles between them and taped them down so they wouldn't move. ^

Put the screen down on top of them ^

And the thin screen ^

All closed up. I am now trying to regulate them temperature and humidity.

I LOVE the different size water areas AND those marbles will help hold heat!! YAY

Sorry for the ones that didn't make it but you might be glad to have only 3 when you are cleaning the duck brooder 10x a day.

I use a regular bulb from walmart 25 watt...clear light...works for me. Even their brooder is a clear bulb poor chickies ..I wanted red but the feed store was out.

Do you use a temperature regulator?
