I have a problem I think- My chick keeps spaztically twitching her head for no apparent reason. She tries to rest, but she is disturbed by a random twitching of her head. It is obviously annoying her. Is something wrong??? Her head appears to be a bit more wet than the rest of her... did she dip her head into the water???

I think it's just because she got water on her head... I think she is thirsty. I gave her a small water container so she can drink a bit. She's stopped for the most part with the head shaking now. I am a worry- wart!

. I hope she's just a bit wet and upset about that and she's o.k. I'm off to bed now to catch up on sleep! I'll see you guys in the morning and 3D, where's the pics of Hope?

I want to see what she looks like. I was lying awake at 05:00 contemplating getting up so I can check how the hatch went. Turns out that was the time you updated and said she hatched!

OHMYGOSH GUESS WHAT?!?!?! I candled the eggs while I was waiting for the pictures to load, and I HAVE AN INTERNAL PIPPER!! That's right!! Hope is going to have a buddy!!! WOOT!

I am just BEGGING that it doesn't take as long as Hope!! It's on day 25, so it better be ready! See the egg that Hope is practically leaning on in the first picture? That's the one that I think is alive. I think two other ones are alive, too! I didn't see the internal pipping, but they didn't smell and they were quite dark inside, so I have hope again!

When I looked it was doing the whole scratching thing, so I think it might externally pip any second now! Imma go spray them with water! I'm so excited! I am SOOOO glad I candled them first. (One of the eggs was quite smelly, and when I opened it up, It looked like it was dead from day 16 I suppose.... it smelled like a nasty fart.

I am so happy for Hope!! YAY!!

So cute! Put some warm damp paper towels near the eggs and see if that helps bring your humidity up. Hopefully they will hatch out fine on there own.

Lol, I already have a few names picked out. Belle, Sophie, and Gingerbread. Also if the one labelled "A" hatches, its nickname will be Batchick. :3 Aww I can hear Hope peeping from the living room! Too cute! Soon she will have some brothers or sisters! If there are boys, I will probably give them cool names like Mr. Peep or Sargent. lololol
