I have pictures of my Hope at one week and two days:

She likes standing on the branches to get closer to the heat light. :D

"Why must you wake me at such an un- godly hour??"

Her tail feathers are coming in and are shaped like an upside- down "V." Her wing feathers are very long. I tried holding her in my bath robe like I do every day, and she wouldn't stop wiggling and peeping. She didn't want to be covered up any more. I also think she was thirsty because she kept opening her mouth up and staring at me. Her eyes are green?? :o?

I think I'm going to take a video of her and put it on Youtube. :D

When can I start to give her spinach? Or lettuce or any kind of treat?

You need to start with giving her chick grit as a treat. I put it in the palm of my hand and they think it is the best treat. After the chick has grit then she can have other treats.

What if I give her a banana puree? Then she won't need grit, right? Also cheerios and bread they can have without needing grit. I read that on another forum...?
