Hey you, I did pop in and post yesterday. I was in and out of here quick. We went shopping for a wood burner yesterday and am now waiting too see which one we're getting and when. We phoned our landlord from the shop, so he went and had a look and by the time we left he was getting talked into buying a nice big, expensive one LOL I promised myself I will get started on the quilts today, so I'm going to on again later sometime. If you want to chat shoot me a PM.Sumi I sure hope your taking the day on getting warm!!! miss u!
Oh, I want 1! No, 2! LOL Congrats!! They are gorgeous
She's grown! Goodness she's getting big now. I'm sorry to hear abut her foot, poor baby. You know what happened to me one day? I was watering some cuttings and my son called me and called me, but I told him to wait, I want to finish what I'm doing and he didn't sound like it was urgent, you know? Eventually I finished the watering and asked him what's up. He took me to the chicken run where I found one of my roosters hanging like a bat from the fence!! He tried to fly over and got his toe stuck and he was hanging there patiently waiting for someone to come rescue him! Poor boy. Luckily he didn't get hurt bad, but I felt terrible! I asked my son from then on if he calls me to tell me if it's important so I can attend to whatever it is immediately!
She accidentally got her left foot stuck on the bars. When I was trying to pick her up and out of the cage she slipped and got her foot under the wire, so I had to pick her back up instantly. She dangled there with her foot stuck in the bars, and she was eyeing her foot when I placed her on her perch after. I don't think it's broken, but it wasn't a very good start to her new home. :/
