I candled again last night and I guess I'd better start thinking about getting a brooder set up for these guys. I didn't want to tempt fate and do it before I know what's going on in those eggs. This is the first time I've set eggs from somewhere else, that I know nothing about. One concerned me a bit because I found it upside down in the egg carton. The air sacs are all fine though. Looking good so far. All 6 is developing fine. I hope they all hatch!

Exhausted... But very excited! I love our new place. I'll have to post pictures off the exisisting coop. The structure (support beams, frame, & roof) is sound but needs a complete remodel. (all siding & fencing need to be torn off). I'll do before & after pictures. It may be a while since the DH is recuperating. ***sigh***
