Two more pips tonight! My early arrival is doing great. Looks like tomorrow will be a hatching day. I hear several internal pips.

I candled last night and it was day 7-8, and the eggs look soooo more normally developed than last time! They have much more development, I couldn't find the embryo among all the veins and blood! Sadly, the green egg was not fertile in the first place. :( And two more eggs were not fertile/not developing. All the rest look superb!

I can't wait to see what they all look like when they hatch! All I know is that the parents were Ameraucaunas, Barred rocks, Rhode island reds, and mostly Delawares. She also said that there were some mystery breeds in there too!!! So exciting!! I wonder if I will hatch one that will lay green eggs....

Also, some of them are quite wrinkly, does that mean anything? I looked it up, and it said that it could be because of a nutrient deficiency or stress, but some sites said they could be because of disease. I doubt they were diseased though...? They are developing way better than the last eggs I incubated! :DD

I so hope I have one hatch! (or two or three or four... XD)

I am a bit sad about the green egg. Maybe I will take a picture of it being candled tonight and get everyone's opinions.

day 15 egg candle-- (sorry I haven't been on the thread much, busy week) lockdown in 3 days!!!!!!!!!! I candled today, and all 19 of the eggs that originally started developing are still developing perfectly!!! I haven't even had a single quitter this whole incubation!!! :D I'm so excited to see what hatches!!!! I am not allowed to keep any of the chicks though, so I need to start finding people who want some of the chicks. And I think that I'm going to set up another order of eggs for after these hatch :) thank you so much for this amazing incubator Mrs. Sally and Silver!!!!!!!!! :D :D :D
