LOL actually a trio hatched from crazypetlady eggs! and I plan on selling them once they grow out a bit! they are starting to get crests, she gave some great eggs to harmony but again, we cant keep all of them, and she had a wonderful hatchrate too! I am trying to figure out some of them and some I am clueless!

A trio of CLs is some $. A friend just got a trio and paid $100 cash plus trade. These guys are young too.

I'm confused. I heard ducks are so great, but you don't seem terribly impressed with your experiences. I'm seriously considering hatching some for myself sometime, but what gives? Are they good pets or not? I don't want to take on something I'm going to end up regretting, or worse, eating

NO Ducks are something you watch, admire, feed and clean up after, no more. We tried to make best friends and no matter what they don't like us. perhaps its the breed but now I am reading I am not the only one that has this issue with them!

there is something different about personalities, they aren't very loving, they avoid you unless you have food. the chickens even like a good pat, but the ducks will actually tell you otherwise, don't touch me just feed me.
