I have gotten a ton of PM's since I posted yesterday sorta saying the exact thing lolYeah Waffle!! Congrats on the hatchers! When I was considering taking the NPIP cert class for WI many others on our WI thread discussed that there are very few actually documented issues with disease each year and it is more of a way to collect money for the testing and state registration and monitor what ppl are doing and tax them if need be based on sales of chicks/eggs/meat etc? Anyway I know each state is different but it seemed like kind of a racket if your not showing or traveling with your birds? Just my 2 cents....
So many things I want to say to this. Lol. Ill just keep quiet.Mich posted this on my fb page![]()

I found a bad egg in my incubator today. I just set it on Saturday, and when I candled last night I noticed it looked weird, so I took it out today, and cracked it open to have a look.![]()

I wont have CCL for another 3-4 months : (Calling all eggers from BYC hatchers.. Experimenting in creating purple eggs, so looking for some pure blue egg layers to cross, like I said total experiment but any hatches that are culled from breeding will be donated back for free. Everyone should experience the joy of chicken!!![]()
