I would up humidity if you can get the beak clear without hitting blood vessels do so and then wait. After pip, they still need to time to absorb yolk and shrink blood vessels. and I would hea that sponge up when you put it in so it creates instant humidy and not have it warm to the bator temp. Then listen to see how peeping is going as far as getting louder or weaker.

I hope that helps until an expert can get on here to help you. :)

I think I have done everything right so far. thanks for that link. when your in a panic I find I just cant find what I want lol

I have done exactly that apart from the heating up the sponge. will get on that. thanks for the tip

I cant wait till thursday... i added a spong to up the humidity and unfortunally it smell a bit. hope its just me and if not they are already on lock down, i would have to go throug all of them to see which of the nine smells.

what should i do? i dont want to risk the only four shipped that has made it so far.

so if i leave it in there, it might damage couse of the bacterias and if i open the incubator i loose humidity and temp. also risking them

what should i do

I would either just leave it or maybe take three eggs at a time to candle. Then let humidity come up again before you take the next three?!

just a little update on my dilemma my little guy seems to be getting stronger. and more active. Hopefully that means I did the right thing. I really thought it was going to die like the rest of them. He still isn't hatched yet so I shouldn't get my hopes up too much but pretty tough not too

i had one that i had no idea what to do with and end up helping a little with the shell and then letting it on its own for 24 hours. then i just opened it up wet a little and took the membrance off. she is fine and getting bigger. 8 weeks now.

but again i had no idea what to do and it was too late to get byc to help

I hope to! I have been planting things and digging up dirt for the past two days straight! The bones in the heels of my feet feel like they are about to wear away to the floor!
