well you are dry hatching- I live in cold dry climate and have wood stove going but my dry hatchies come out nice- I havent hatched in the laundry room yet.

I been keeping temperature at 100 still air. I feel that the air cells are not growing as other hatches
102 for STILL AIR (NO FAN)

Wrong temps especial low will do you in everytime, go back and read the temp section again in the hatching 101 article. I tried to explain why and stuff in that article.

you may end up with a few days later hatch and big wet chicks from running at 100, but perhaps that you caught it you can turn it around by removing that water. ARE YOU SURE your hygro is on the money?? I would suggest investing in a fan, thats just me. Have you rotated eggs around in the bator every couple of days, in a still air you will have hot and cold spots.

Yes I have. Some things told me that I had to move them around so all get the same heat. Lol I am waiting for an new bator with fan and digital thermometer and humidity. It will make it a little easier.

The temperature keeps getting into 104 105 they should be fine right?
dont leave it up high long, keep it at 102... sorry your having such an issue with keeping it steady!! uggggg I dont know what to tell you, perhaps next time the empty spaces can be filled with something that retains heat and can fill up space to keep a steady temp???

WHAT ABOUT using plastic easter eggs with dry rice? wonder if that would work or just suck moisture out..... both I guess! but if you TAPE the seam of the plastic egg and that tiny hole it just might work!
Or ziplocks with water????

If the core temperature of the egg reaches 104 it will harm the embryos, but it takes awhile for the core temp to go up, so for shorter periods it will not harm them, but it may result in an earlier hatch. Try and get it down a little, if you can. Have you measured the temp all over the incubator to check for hotter/cooler spots?

This is why I prefer forced air incubators! Good luck, hey.
