I think I understand that you are all trying to build incubators for as little as you can (which is great, I'm going to try!) but what about using this:

Is it just the fact that it is still $150, or have people had bad luck with it?

I thought that looked like what you had done. I have been saving a box for just that only a big one so I could put one of my huge grown birds in it. Kind of like they do at the shows.

OMGAWD Another 4-8" over night!!! Oz your suggested living area is looking much better at the moment!

Yes you can get your birds picture taken at the show. The one I saw was white though and was all professional. I think i would need a white one for the black birds and a black one for the buff birds. Make their color pop out more.

Sorry you are buried under the snow. I am really glad it is not snowing here!
