21 of my newly hatched fuzzy butts out of my cooler bator.

I just ordered the one oz suggested, so that one along with my six new ones I should figure it out!

The last time that I had a job, I was working in an analytical laboratory. I got to be good friends with the man who did all the equipment calibrations. At the time I worked there, they used the ray gun thermometers to take the temperature of the incoming samples. After I left they discarded the ray gun thermometers as not being accurate enough and not responding fast enough. The thermometer that they replaced them with is the Thermoworks RT301WA.

They are rated to reach a stable temperature within 6 seconds. They are capable of being calibrated also. He has a very fancy water bath set up and some really high dollar thermometers that are used to verify and calibrate the thermometers that are used at the lab. He was kind enough to calibrate one at 100°F for me which is what I use to calibrate the temperature probe that connects to my Spyder controller. That controller just does an absolutely wonderful job controlling the temperature in my incubator.

OK so I took pictures of all 26 eggs in the Styrofoam incubator. I well get pictures of the ones in the box after Once Upon A Time. 1-14 are 10 days old. The rest are 3 days.

Any advice on which should go, stay, need more or less humidity?
