I would go there with you. Chickens are really useful in studying early learning and imprinting. I did an undergraduate thesis on the chick Intramedial and medial hyperstriatum ventrale which is like our hypothalamus region. We could totally spin it for a grant.

French whites ARE muscovies, they're just a little bigger, but not as cool in color.

I received another message on our Facebook Poultry page from a wonderful woman named Maxine! So awesome hearing from everyone, its nice that they take the time to send a thank you, makes me smile every time, and she even made the most amazing video of her experience! Funny thing is, SHE ISNT A MEMBER OF BYC..... YET !!! <GASP!!!!!>

Just had a terrible hatch with the faverolles. Out of 11 that she sent, only three hatched and one of those looks to have omphallitis. I have had a great hatch from this lady before and I know that it is the PO. All of the other chicks were malpositioned in really bizarre ways. Oh well, as long as they grow up to be nice birds I will not have minded paying $15 each for the

good grief woman! I hope your next hatches get better!

18 Frizzles out of 25 Serama Eggs! Great Job HarmonyAnn! The new breeders are sure throwing some AMAZING colors and so many frizzles to boot! Perhaps I should let my kiddo choose our next breeding venture!
