I am on day 15. 10 eggs going strong!

Question: half of my eggs will be day 18 on Friday and the other half will be day 18 Saturday. Do I lock down on Friday or Saturday morning to give the 2nd half some catch up time?

I would lock them down half way in between 18-19 BUT KEEP checking for pips!!
