Diary of a FAT cow!

I'm coming into this thread late but it looks like you've had success! I know from experience that losing weight is no easy task. For the last six months I've been on the Paleo diet and I've lost about 15 pounds so far. I've only been able to stay on it because my partner is also eating the same foods. I have given up gluten, legumes and other sugars but am not counting calories (I could never do that!). Oh, I go for a daily walk too. This is the only diet where I don't feel like I am suffering to stay on it, even without bread. It's sticking to eating mostly veggies, meat, fish and some fruit. I also eat good cheese, yogurt, soup, etc. The only way that I was going to even try this was that the author mentioned that red wine and dark chocolate were good in "sensible" portions. Dairy is also okay in sensible portons. Anyway, thought you might want to look into this diet/lifestyle because I think without the gluten I feel/look so much healthier physically and mentally.
 
Im just a 14 year old guy but im very into sports and on provincial team for soccer. Good job on what youve done but watch out... Loosing weight is not eating less... Its eating at the right time. There are three stages- Too much food puts your body in fat storing mode. Too little food stresses your body into going into surviving mode which makes it store more fat... The middle stage is having a good steady amount of heathy snacks with sugar, protein, fruits, vegetables and vitamins- all that good stuff.

Breakfast

Yogurt

Excersize
Walk

Morning snack
(2) Coffee white no sugar.

Lunch
Soup and a paprica rice cake!
(3) Coffee white no sugar.

Afternoon snack
(4) Coffee white no Sugar
Fruit waffer.

Dinner
Chicken boiled potato and string beans.
Fruit flavoured water.

Evening
(5) Coffee white no sugar.
Last of the chocolate swirls

Excersize
10 mins x trainor.

How do I feel
Well I am thinking I wont get to that elusive 9 something before I go away? I seem to be on 10.1 for a bit. It is just 2lbs away so near and yet it seems so hard to achive.I think if I could get into the 9 somethings the next stone would come off ok but at the moment I am feeling a little frustrated because I would love to see that 9 something before my last weigh in on Saturday morning. I do think though my weight is a little off because of the last week. Maybe it will come good?

( Same as yesterday, I have to eat the soup before we go away!)

(4) Coffee white no Sugar
Ice - cream! ( Bad girl!)

Dinner
Cod with a mixed side salad.
Fruit flavoured water.

Evening
(5) Coffee white no sugar.

Excersize
none

How do I feel
Happy to be going away soon and I am feeling so much thinner! I can;t believe we are in the last days already. This month has flown in.

10 stone exactly - sad I didn;t get to see a 9 something but the real good thing is I am only 4lbs away from a "normal" BMI reading!!!!!!!
