Diary of Chicks in a College Life

Bring him here, I also trimmed Cockers = don't have the equipment anymore tho. Arthritis took care of that. Fat, eat - that's Cockers. We had one I honestly think if she smelled food on your arm she probably would have gnawed it off in your sleep. Scary!! She tried to swallow my mom's false teeth one day. That was a shock - walk in the room and see a Cocker with a full set of dentures in her mouth.

He looks very sweet. I had a female buff Cocker for several years. I rescued her from the shelter when she was 10 (thyroid problems and ultimate congestive heart failure). She was such a sweetie -- a bossy sweetie, but a sweetie. She even bossed around the cats, and nobody bosses around Bandit. Her people had to leave her at the shelter when they found themselves homeless in 105 degree weather, and no one wanted a 10 year old dog with medical problems. She was dying in the kennel, so I brought her home to die somewhere less scary, and she got better and lived 4 more years. She was a real love.

Haha, it's no surprise to us. He's got a "little" love on him, but he's never been an "energetic" hyperactive dog. And I am for sure thankful for that. He also needs a haircut, badly. Argh!
