Diatomaceous Earth Dewormer

Any other suggestions for a cheap & easily accessible dewormer?

Ok, thanks. A chemical dewormer is my best bet, correct?
Yes.

@EverV, how many hens are you going to de-worm? I ask because one tube of paste will not treat that many hens.

To treat all worms you need to give each hen 0.25 ml per pound of body weight (1 ml per four pounds) and you need to give it *five* days in a row.

One tube of paste will only treat four five-pound hens.

People do say “oh I love DE, it works so well and I’m always worn free”

it doesn’t do anything you just never had worms in the first place
Find me a free range chicken with no worms.:caf
For mine I put a hot pepper seed on the vent area ,,you should see that chicken take off so fast the worms can’t keep up and come falling out.

ive never had worms before. I also have never dewormed before

Think you kinda wasted money but to each his own. It’s not like you can’t add some hot pepper powered to your chicken food. $5 bottles of hot pepper power goes a long way.
It has more then peppers in it. I only tried Cayenne pepper for an egg booster, & it works.

Not a waste of money. It worked for my birds. 1 bag treated 86 birds. No more worms after using it, & my birds gained weight back.
