did 1st crop flush

Well we did it. It wasn't as easy as I thought to get the chick to empty her crop. We had to use 20cc the 1st time and the 2nd and 3rd almost as much.
The chick had down chick fluff in her crop. That and white yuck along with some crumbles.

Now she is still retching and sneezing. I pray none went into her lungs.
cross your fingers and say a little prayer for her. The crop is filling again but it's not as bad as it was.

Make sure to provide grit for her to grind this kind of naughty stuff they like to eat.

Time will tell. Last check it hadn't puffed back up. Chick is sleeping I'm sure the flushing was horrible for her. The sneezing is still there but lessening.

Unfortunately we lost her

I think she was just to small or she inhaled some of her crop contents during the emptying.
