Did a cockerel sneak in?

Chicken newbie here. My chicks are 6 weeks old. I thought I had two each of black sex link, red sex link, and brown leghorn, all banded pullets. However, I either have ended up with a black sex link cockrel or a barred pullet. I am leaning towards cockrel because his combs and wattles are coming in more prominently than my other chicks. Also, the tail feathers aren't in on this one, but are on all my others. Thoughts?
