Did he sell me all his roos as "hens" warning pic heavy

I am new to chickens and thought I had a good handle on male vs. female then the combs threw me off as the breeds are a puzzle to me to be able to compare with pics. and the feathers near the rear is why I was like what....are these roos.
# 4 and 5 is the same bird just a better pick of his colorations, lol I think I would keep just because lol he was nice and fell dead asleep.
I really do appreciate all help, all we wanted was to get eggs to eat.
supposedly (6) 1 year old hens, and 4 pullets, about 16 wks old.
No eggs yet.

Looks like all hens. Notice the lack of pointy feathers on the neck. The ones on a roo will be so pointed, they will look like a sword blade.

I think #4's a roo. Otherwise you've got a beautiful bunch of girls that should give you a lot of eggs. Don't be surprised if it takes them a week or two to settle in and start laying. Moving to a new home is stressful to them, and they'll stop laying for a bit. Give them time, and if you want them to follow you around, give them lots of treats...

#4 & 5 is definitely a roo. Hens do not get that feather color. The rest look like pullets/hens to me.

all hens, #4 is definately a rooster, (hes already getting spurs.. ) and 5 by the feathers and how big the comb looks.. pretty sure he is a rooster as well but cant tell, Rest are hens

Thank you all for all your help, I feel so much better

BYC is the best and I am so glad I joined.

4/5 is my guess a roo too, he is cuddly when you can catch him. Not like my bc marans roo lol.
They are not real sure of people so when I go out I make sure to move slow, call, and offer treats. We have them in our fenced area up against the back of the house so they are with us nearly all day long. Have not moved them to their permanent coop as we are painting it at this time.
They were sortove running wild at his house and seemed to be voracious when they arrived here.
I will take good care of these girls and hopefully they will take good care of us in time. I know it will take a couple of weeks for them to be comfortable.

Again thank you all,
