Did I freeze them too soon?

I had my cornish x processed last week and when I got them home I put them straight in the freezer. Should I have waited a few days before doing that? Will they unrigor enough if I let them sit a couple of days after they thaw out?

You're fine. They can rest while they thaw.

I just thaw mine in the fridge for 3 days. That rests them up a good amount.

Thanks for the replies. I worry too much sometimes. The worst that would happen is tough chicken. lol
