Also because I am in lockdown can I take them out to candle them?? Also should I continue to turn them if there going to be that long because I have taken them out of the turner?? Geez this process is sooooo stressfull!!!

if they are close to hatching air cells will be dipping down one side of the egg. and babies will be taking up the maajority of the egg

The float test is where you lay the egg in a shallow bowl of water. If it wiggles it means it's still alive.
 
You do need to up your temp to 99.5 degrees, but even more important is to get the humidity DOWN FAST. 90% is WAY too high for incubation. It should be running around 65% and up it to 73% the last 3 days of incubation. Duck eggs need to be turned 3 times a day as well.
