Did I just shrink wrap my ducks?!?!!

I needed to add water to my incubator and I candeled my duck eggs (day 29) and I didn’t pick up the eggs just shined a light on them. Some of the eggs had an internal pip and I’m worried I just shrink wrapped them. I opened the incubator for about 10 seconds. Did I just shrink wrap them? I’m sorry if i come off super anxious.

I haven't ever hatched eggs before, but have they hatched yet?
