Hi all! So I recently got 2 cream legbar pullets and my dad got me this coop for them. As we live in a residential area and don't have a huge backyard he went for a smaller coop. The picture makes it look nice but it is actually quite small to me after getting it and putting it together. Here is the link for the coop so you can see what it looks like and its dimensions.

I live in Florida, so it can get quite hot. I already know I need to add a lot more ventilation as there is just the one window. I will probably add a fan too. They will be out during the day in a large run I'm going to make for them and will free range when I can be out to supervise as we have a pool and, of course, plenty of predators that would love to snag them. So they will only be in the coop to sleep at night and lay eggs. So my question is: will I need to get a bigger coop even though it's only going to be 2 hens and they will only be in at night?
On a side note.... any tips/suggestions for building a run will be greatly appreciated
