Went to check on my chickens and seen her eye what do you think it could be

Try flushing the eye with saline, and it would be a good idea to use an ophthalmic antibiotic ointment in her eye on the chance that infection may be occurring.

Just saline like contact solution or vasine?

No Visine. Saline for contacts or flushing is good and can be found in most drug stores, and you can find Vetropolycin ointment or Terramycin Ointment at most feed stores. Vetricyn Eye Gel is another choice, but has no antibiotics.
