Did someone forget to pay the heat/sun bill for Florida?

I have to agree it is cold and what really stinks is that I am sick as a dog and I have no clue where this cold/flu came from.

i feel like i went to bed in central florida and woke up in dadgum siberia. i wonder if its a rip in the time/space continuum or something cosmic like that? lol

I AGREE!!! I hate this COLD weather!!! This is why I live in FL--now known as the Refridgerator State!!

I am bringing in my birds tonight into the garage.


The dang groundhog didn't help us out much either!!!!

You need some tips on how to keep yourself from getting sick when it's cold out. Lots of vitamen c, keep a coat and hat on when you go outside, uhhh.... and cross your fingers like I do... it seems to help.

I will definately keep my winter clothes. I do love the snow, but not 6 months of it. I love to snowboard, which will be hard to do in Florida. I guess the next best thing is surfing lessons? Now that would be a fun time... except there are sharks when you go surfing.

i live is s. florida, and its supposed to get in the high 20's to mid 30's. i have been here all my life, and yes, it is sorta cold. look at it this way, the rest of the nation has been freezing to death, we really don't have it too bad, don't you think? Me, I kinda like the weather for a while, its always to darn hot most of the year. hubby is from upstate New York, and he says thats why we live here, for the warm weather, and I remind him, no, maybe you do, but I've been planted here, and I'd like some cold!

Yup, 15* in Ga. this morning. Still waiting on my snow though. Sometimes I really wonder why I left Key West, and my KW chickens wonder why I did too!

It's 47* and dropping on the edge of the everglades right now. Plus the wind is blowing pretty good they are saying it's suppose to get to 30* with wind chill of 27*. It's chilly here right now. Here is a picture of my back yard on a nice day.
