Did these chicks die? Eggs look strange

They are not long overdue, but all the other chicks from this batch in the incubator have hatched. These have particularly large air cells and look off to me. Should I remove them from the incubator because they have died? Or should I give them more time?

That's sad, but thank you all for confirming my suspicions. I didn't want a nasty explosion/leakage, but I also didn't want to be wrong and end up killing it! They have been removed.
 
Actually - one more question - there is still an egg other than the two dead ones that looks alive to me, but there is poop on the shell from one of the chicks that hatched earlier in the week that I left in there until it fluffed up. Should I clean the poop off to prevent bacterial problems, and if yes, how - dry wipe best I can or use wet cloth? Or should I leave it alone?

You can leave it alone or dry wipe it. It should be alright.

I’d be inclined to leave it - it won’t do any harm. Congratulations on all your new chickies! :jumpy
