Thanks! DYK I only have the ingredients for chicken pot pie? I was hoping for something sweeter than that, but warm dough is warm dough no matter what's inside it. Besides, now I don't have to figure out what's for dinner & can pinch off a little dough for some cinnamon & sugar.

It's quite tasty! Almond cake with vanilla baker's frosting (an old family recipe).
(It was supposed to be 3 layers but my daughter wanted one layer plain just for her.)

Did you know that my DD marched in the Trojan Marching Band today in the rose parade?
I was so sad that I could not be there to see her.
It is likely the last time she will march with them (as band is such a time hog).
