Did you know you shouldn't let your turkey cook itself a month before thanksgiving?

We've actually been eating some of them. .
They are pretty tasty actually. All the ones I've cracked so far look infertile to me . . as in no bullseye. .so I don't feel too bad about it

We are eating turkey eggs right now. We have one turkey Pullet that is laying an egg a day, in the chicken nest boxes. She looks weird crammed in there. but heck it's a free egg!
