Bacon around here doesn't last long enough to be able to put it in a can. LOL did you know that we have a big bacon slab on the smoker right now?

Did you know today it was better weather and I'm at the tail end of the flu, so we got the blue Australorps into the breeding house and we got the red blue splash wyandottes into their breeding house today. All that is left is to finish the runs. Then it is nothing but Duck City!

Just for the heck of it I put 3 silver laced wyandottes in with the red blue splashes. Just to see what color combinations they create with a mutt breed.

Did you know I got an egg today !!!!

And some quail eggs but I accidentally kicked them into production


Did you know that almost the moment the eggs were in the house my dh dumped the contents of the travel mug into the sink and destroyed them all?

Did you know I use the same mug EVERYTIME to gather eggs?
