Did you know that my oldest daughter turns 6 in dec, but we are celebrating her birthday on Halloween, to avoid the birthday/christmas gift giving from relatives? LOL

Yes I think its teacher lazyness that is easier to send kids home to learn the stuff she should teach than teach it!
It was math homework and some other subjects, same teacher for all Four assignments of homework!! most times its at least 1.5 hours a day of homework, and math includes calculator use!! and still takes that long!! I am useless at helping with math, this new stuff is beyond me and makes things so much harder to learn.
