Move to BC. Many parts stay at about 15° year round.
I think that would be about 60-65 F. Too lazy to do the math to convert it.

Try my living room, that's pretty close. A bit cooler most times but you'd be fine with a coat on. There isn't any snow unless one of the Rugrats throws a snowball at one of their siblings while said sibling is indoors.
