Did your chickens get more friendly/cuddly after laying eggs?

Everyone said Buff Orpingtons are the sweetest large breed . Pffff Mine is a BRAT. She'll eat out of my hand but she HATES being picked up or pet. Her waddle and comb are growing and getting very red so my last hope is She'll get sweet after she starts laying.

I doubt she will.
BO are a nice breed as a general rule...there are always some that break the rules though.
I also believe the average hatchery grade BO can not be compared to the real thing. Majority of my BO females have been nice. All the males have been great.
Here is my youngest BO. She's a cuddle bug.
I've not seen any get nicer after they begin laying. Usually they start how they mean to go on...
