DIDN'T MOLT

I have 4 hens that are a year and 7 months old that have not molted. I don't think I have ever had hens in their 2nd autumn not to molt. the older hens did sometime back, but the 4 younger ones have not.

Is this common?

Some will molt later than the rest. I still have a few girls that have not molted yet.
