We’ve drastically changed our diet and nutrition this year to a hodgepodge of keto, paleo, IF, and pioneer diet this year with awesome results! Sooooo, I thought I’d start a thread to share our results, hear others lifestyles/results, and chat about favorite healthy recipes, etc!!
 
Found your thread Muddy! I really need to start at least doing low carb. I've done it before but it's hard and I need to get back to it. We do eat lots of fruits and veggies, just need to cut way back on the carbs
It’s been fairly easy for me since I’ve always been a skip breakfast and lunch kinda person 😂 1 moderately portioned low-carb, high animal fat meal keeps me full and satisfied for 16-24 hours!
